Inside Kathmandu Valley (Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur)

  • Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 10:00 AM will be delivered the following day.

  • Possible Delays: In rare cases, delivery within the valley may be delayed due to traffic, weather, strikes, or internal operational reasons. Customers agree to accept such delays as part of our policy.

Outside Kathmandu Valley

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday will be shipped the same day.

  • Delivery is minimum next day and typically takes 2–4 business days, depending on location.

  • Some remote areas may take up to 7 days for delivery.
